    si ipsa duodecim maldra tempore statuto, videlicet infra assum- ptionem et nativitatem beate Marie virginis non prestantur, con- sensit, sicut in alio instrumento, ipsorum bonorum continenti, plenius continetur, ne ratione iuris dotalis, quod in huiusmodi bonis sibi competit vel posset competere, contra consensum ipsum et alienaiionem ulterius veniat, firmando proprio iura- mento sine vi et dolo sponte prestito coram nobis. In cuius rei testimonium ipsi conventui presentem litteram duximus si- gillandam. Actum presentibus Iohanne abbate, fratre Godfrido camerario ipsius conventus 'de Otterburg, fratre Heinrico dicto Militello, et aliis quam pluribus.
