  Wilhelm von Lüneburg eriheüt der von ihm an der Elbe bei Wendisch-Blekede zu gründenden Stadt Löwenstadt (ßlekede) das Recht emer freien Stadt, wie, Bardewiek es besessen hat, bestimmt die Weichbildsgrenzen und verleiht den Einwohnern Weide- und Holzberechtigung.
