In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis Heinricus diuina fauente clementia Rex omnibus christi nostrisque fidelibus tam futuris quam presentibus notum esse uolumus, qualiter nos super altare sancti Pancraeii in parrochia, que dicitur Ranshouen, omnem decimationem ipsius predii tam de cultis agris, pratis, pascuis, campis, siluis uenationibus, piscationibus quesitis et inquirendis cum omni utilitate, que ullo modo inde prouenire potest, in perpetuum dedimus atque tradidimus ea scilicet ratione, ut dei seruicium a clericis ibidem manentibus cottidie stabilitum permaneat. Hec traditio facta est in conspectu H, cui ducatum ipsius regni dedimus, et archiepiscopi Saltzburgensis ecclesie Ditmaro, Niceni, Laodicensis episcopi et Perngeri patauiensis episcopi. Si autem predictus dux aut aliquis successorum suorum hanc traditionem irritam fecerit, nostri nostrorumque successorum regum siue imperatorum iuris sit defendere. Et ut hec nostra regalis traditio stabilis et inconuulsa permaneat omni euo, hanc cartam inde iussimus conscribi [et nostri sigilli munimine insigniri. Signum D. Heinrici Regis invictissimi.
