Notum sit omnibus christi fidelibus et nostris tam futuris quam presentibus, quod ego Hainricus dux wawarorum diuina clemencia christi1) tradidi ad altare sancti pancracii martyris inuictissimi cooperante et consenciente wulfhilda coniuge nostra in pago Ranshouen omnes decimaciones tam de nemore wilhart quam de agris cultis et incolendis ubique in finibus et in parrochia hac exquirendis nec non predia Haentenperch et enchnach2) ecclesiam cum omnibus appendiciis eius, Provnaw 3) cum omni familia, Dornwerch4) ultra danubium Mansum unum in erlach5) in beneficium cum familia, De itting mansum unum in beneficium, Dimidium mansum in piwurch in beneficium tradicione Raffoldi prepositi dimidium mansum in succidio, Dimidium mansum in chrierchhaim6), Molendinum ad osterperch, pratum in enchnach7) nec non mancipia in proprietate uel in beneficio a me uel a preposito siue a camerario hactenus retenta in usum fratrum christo famulancium sub regula sancti augustini. Siquis uero, quod non optamus, futuris temporibus contra huius pagine nostre auctoritatem uenire temptauerit uel de supradictis rebus aliquit inuadere uel alienare presumpserit, nouerit se eterni cruciatus pena multandum atque pro admisso sacrilegio in cameram regis uel imperatoris sexaginta mancusios8) aureos persoluat. Ego pernhardus scripsi. actum Ranshouen anno domini millesimo C.XXV.
