Otto secundus dei gratia Babinbergensis episcopus. Sane diuine remunerationis nos admonet intuitus et pontificalis inducit auctoritas, ut plantare debeamus, que ad uirtutum spectant honorem, euellere et eradicare curemus, que honestati decorem ex integro uidentur deformare. ad hoc enim diuina prouidencia quamquam inmeriti constituti sumus. ad omnium itaque Christi fidelium tam presentium quam futurorum noticiam peruenire cupimus, quod nos in allodio ecclesie nostre videlicet in ualle Gerste, diuine remunerationis intuitu et precipue ex consilio et auxilio domini Salceburgensis archiepiscopi et domini Patauiensis episcopi et conprouincialium hospitale instituimus, cui decem mansos, quos consanquineus noster dux meranensis a nobis habebat in feudo, ad peticionem ipsius ducis. sitos in eadem ualle, iure proprietatis contulimus, ut memoria nostra super hoc apud deum et homines habeatur et fratribus ibidem deo perpetuo famulaturis obsequia prestentur uberiora. Predictum vero hospitale et omnia bona eidem collata et conferenda domino Salceburgensi et domino Patauiensi et insuper omni fraternitati manutenenda ac defendenda conmisimus, aduocaciam autem nulli hominum concessimus nec concedemus, sed nobis et successoribus nostris reseruauimns. Vt autem hec institutio nostra perpetuum robur habeat et a memoria hominum nullatenus recedat, presentem ei paginam conscribi et sigilli nostri inpressione fecimus insigniri, quicumque enim eam infringere vel aliquomodo presumpserit in irritum reuocare, domini Salceburgensis et domini Patauiensis excommunicationem et nostram et iram celestis uindicis se nouerit indubitanter incursurum.
