In Nomine Sancte et Indiuidue trinitatis Wolfkerus Dei gratia Patauiensis ecclesie episcopus Omnibus Christi fidelibus perpetuam in domino salutem. Notificamus omnibus catholicis scriptis presentibus, quod controversia quedam, que fuit inter nos et nobilem uirum wernherum de Griezpach de quibusdam hominibus in Aschahe constitutis Tiemone uidelicet et fratre suo Altmanno et sorore amborum Heilica et filio matertere eorum walchuno, quos de manu nostra wernherus idem in feodo se habuisse fatebatur, taliter sedata est: Prefati siquidem homines precibus suis et seruiciis apud prenominatum wernherum hoc obtinuerunt, ut iuri, quod in eos habuisse fatebatur, in presentia nostra abrenuntiaret. Quo facto nos ad peticionem eorum inclinati ipsis et omnibus eorum legitimis heredibus ius ministerialium dedimus. Unde ne qua in posterum de iure eorum oriri possit calumpnia, scripta presentia cum sigilli nostri impressione in testimonium eis concessimus. Huius rei testes sunt Meingotus prepositus, Dietmarus prepositus, wernherus de Griezpach, Adelrammus de Chambe, Richkerus de wesen, Manegoldus de Aheim, Albertus puer de Patauia, Heinricus iudex, Luithardus, Dietricus sartor, Tiemo de Puchenperge, vlricus Prenzinger, wernherus de winigisperge, Heinricus de Sancto vodalrico, Fridericus de Raennahe, Meinhalmus de wazmanstorf. Acta sunt hec anno ab incarnatione domini M. C. XCVII., in quo facta est peregrinatio Jerosolimam.
