    Nouerit vniuersa posteritas tam presentium quam futurorum hominum hanc paginam audientium, quod Heinricus cognomine Kaerlink filius Liutoldi de Gaersten ab hospitalicij (sic) Aemerlone et domino Liutoldo de Pernowe precibus inductus et munerum receptione inclinatus omnem iusticiam quam habuit in bonis suis, uidelicet in loco, qui dicitur in der Swant, tam ius feodale quam eciam ius proprietatis tam in acquisitis quam in acquirendis hospitali sancte Marie in Pirn libere contulit, ut nunquam amodo aliqua impetitione seu qualibet alia asserendi occasione super predictis bonis nos siue ecclesiam istam presumat uel ualeat impetere. Quod factum, ut in memoria habeatur, testimonio illorum, qui inter fuerunt, roboratur. Dominus Otacher plebanus in Petenbach, Heinricus et Volmarus sacerdotes, Dominus Liutoldus de Pernowe, Chunradus de Lambach, Heinricus officiarius, Chrevchaer et Snello et Zaerremantel de gaersten, Albertus uf dem ekke, Heinricus ponhalm, Pilgrimus carnifex, Heinricus uf der werr, Perhtoldus piwglaer et alii quam plures.
