In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis. Livpoldus dei gratia dux austrie ac Styrie omnibus, ad quos scripta presentia peruenerint, Salutis et dilectionis perpetuam integritatem. Vniversitatis uestre nouerit experientia, quod nos pro remedio animarum parentum nostrorum et pro salute et incolomitate nostra et liberorum nostrorum formbacensi cenobio liberum et absolutum omnium rerum suarum super danubium ascensum absque omni teloneario iure concessimus. Transitum etiam, quod in uulgari dicitur uüruart (?), apud anesvm eidem cenobio perpetualiter indulgemus. vt autem huius nostre traditionis avctoritas perenniter et inconuulsa permaneat, presentem paginam sigillo nostro communitam domino Ortolfo ejusdem loci abbati suisque successoribus perpetuo conseruandam porreximus. Huius actionis hii sunt testes: Hadmarus de Kunringen, Wikhardus dapifer, Wighardus de Cebingen, Vlricus Strune, Heinricus de Tumbenovve, Heinricus dapifer de Prune, Livpoldus pincerna, Hugo de Rastenberc, Ortolfus de Winkele, Vlricus Esel, adelolt et frater eius Otto de Kiowe, Marchwardus de Himberc, Pilgrimus de Swarzenowe, Dietericus de Wiena, Gotfridus camerarius, Cunradus Sveuus et alii quam plures. Data in foro nostro Wiene anno Millesimo CC.X.
