Fridericus dei gracia Romanorum Rex et semper Augustus et Rex Sicilie. Notum sit omnibus tam presentibus quam futuris etiam nascituris in posterum, Quod nos Monasterium sancti Johannis Evangeliste in Waldhawsen patauiensis diocesis in specialem Regie Maiestatis protectionem accepimus jta, quod, siquis idem Monasterium indebite molestare presumpserit, curiam nostram se nouerit offendisse. Si quis autem contra presentem paginam aliquid attemptauerit, jamdictum Monasterium in personis uel possessionibus, jn rebus mobilibus uel immobilibus preter iusticiam inquietauerit, jndignacionis nostre periculum se non dubitet incurrisse. Data aput Augustam vndecimo kalendas Aprilis, Indictione prima, Anno Regni nostri Romani primo.
