In nomine domini amen. Livpoldus dei gratia dux austrie et Stirie omnibus presentibus et futuris salutem. Cum uniuersa negocia, ne tempore pereunte in humana pereant memoria, et uoce testium et scripture munimine soleant roborari, ad uniuersitatis uestre noticiam cupimus peruenire, quod, cum inter uirum uenerabilem Herrandum prepositum de walth partis utriusque cons dictus prepositus et meliorem nunc debet uero duas memoratus sue tempora et eo de usen et vlricum de Saehsen super tribus curtilibus, que uulgo dicuntur lehen, lis et controuersia uerteretur, nos de ensu eandem litem decidimus tali lege, quod ecclesia walthusen ex ipsis tribus areis unam sibi recipere et pacifce possidere. Reliquas vrlricus tenere ac possidere debet tantum ad uite functo nullus heredum suorum sibi iuris aliquid in ipsis areis uendicabit, sed ille aree ad ecclesiam walthusen libere et cum omni iure redibunt et ipsa ecclesia easdem in perpetuum pacifice possidebit. Vt igitur ista permaneant inconuulsa, nos presentem paginam ipsi ecclesie tradidimus nostri impressione sigilli, sicut et cernitur, confirmatam. Hujus rei testes sunt: Hadmarus de Chunringen, vlricus de Marebah, Otto de Ror, Irnfridus de Hintperch, wezelo iudex, Otto de Manneswerde, vlricus de Harde, Dietricus de Mitterberch et Chunradus frater suus, albero de Pruvelinsperge et alii plures. actum in augea Renninge II Nonas Junij anno domini M.CC.XX. VII. Indictione XVII (sic).
