    In nomine domini. Amen. Nos Otacharus dej (verlängerte Schrift) gratia Boemie Rex, Dux Austrie et Styrie ac Marchio moravie omnibus inperpetuum. Quoniam iura et Libertates fidelium nostrorum ipsis a predecessoribus nostris quondam illustribus Ducibus Austrie concessas pariter et indultas augeri potius quam minui temporibus vite nostre volumus, vt est iustum, scire damus presentium inspectoribus vniuersis, quod nos omnem gratiam siue libertatem Ciuibus nostris in Otensheim a nostro predecessore domino FRiderico felicis memorie concessam ipsis nostris renouare volumus priuilegiis et confirmare robore perpetue firmitatis videlicet, vt omne ius omnemque simul gratiam, quam in mute et thelonei solutione in terra et in aqua Ciues nostri de anaso habere dinoscuntur, predictis Civibus in Otensheim concessimus et indulsimus, vt hoc ipso iure et gratia semper, secundum quod prius eis indultum extitit, et a nostra regali magnificentia debeant congaudere. Et vt hec ipsis concessa gratia et ius pariter permaneat jllibatum, presentem paginam Sigillorum nostrorum munimine fecimus conmunirj Testibus, qui aderant, subnotatis, qui sunt Andreas camerarius Boemie, Hartliebus camerarius Moravie, Dybischius dapifer, Chunradus niger cognomine et alij quam plures. Datum prage anno domini M. CC. LX. quinto per manus prothonotariorum nostrorum magistri vlrici et petri indictione VIIII. Kalendis januarij.
