In nomine patris et filii et spiritus sancti amen. Ego Kalchochus de Valkenstain omnibus christi fidelibus in perpetuum ueram salutem .Unde scire cupio homines praesentis temporis et futuri, quod ego in extremis agens et ultimam voluntatem meam per testamentum per Dei prouidentiam declarans, inter caetera contuli paruum testamentum de consensu et bona uoluntate uxoris meae Elisabeth et omnium haeredum meorum ecclesice S. Mariae in Slage et fratribus ibidem Deo militantibus pro remedio animae meae et omnium progenitorum meorum et sobolum partem decimae in Schintelaw, quae me iure hereditario respiciebat, libere in perpetuum possidendam ita, ut memorati fratres assiduis orationibus pro peccatis meis, quibus praedictam ecclesiam indebitis exactionibus seu grauaminibus laesi, apud Deum et eius piam genitricem ueniam iugiter implorent, quatenus in extremo examine cum his, qui a dextris erunt, centuplicatum praemium ualeam reportare. Ut autem talis mea donatio inuiolabiliter ipsi ecclesiae et fratribus eisdem maneat in perpetuum, praesentem litteram eis tradidi mei sigilli munimine et testium subscriptione roboratam in euidens testimonium et cautelam. Actum anno gratiae M. CC. LXIX. Testes Dominus Heinricus de Waldek, Dominus Haidenricus et Dominus Rudigerus de Haychenpach, Domini Budiwoi filius dictus Zewisch, Dominus Petrus miles ipsius, Dominus Bernhardus miles cognomine Rauber, frater suus Heinricus, Rapoto de Bach, Sifridus de Röder (sic!), Raboto Sweker et quam plures.
