Euanescit actio temporalis, nisi firmetur apicibus sigillatis. Notum sit igitur omnibus presentem paginam inspecturis, quod ego Chalhohus de valchenstain saluti anime mee cupiens prouidere Ecclesie sancte Marie in Slage et fratribus ibidem deo militantibus contuli omnes redditus meos in Straze pleno iure possidendum (sic) libere et absolute, vt, siquit per indebita grauamina dictum cenobium hactenus uisus sum oppressisse, omnipotentis dei et genitricis sue semper uirginis Marie misericordia mihi dignetur relaxare. Ne quis uero heredum ac successorum meorurn hoc factum ualeant reuocare in irritum, presentem paginam sigilli mei Karactere et testium subscriptione duxi solidandam. Huius rei testes sunt dominus Hainricus de waldek, domini Bvdiboi filius dictus zewisch, Petrus miles suus, wernhardus miles cognomine Rauber et frater suus Hainricus, Rapoto de pach, Sifridus de Recleinstorf, wulfingus de Helfenberch, Otto de Tenleinspach, wernhardus mavoter, Rapoto swekkinger et alii quam plures. Acta sunt hec ("in valchenstain" durchgestrichen) in Octaua Epiphanie jncarnati uerbi M. CC. LX. VIIII.
