    In nomine patris et filii et spiritus sancti amen. Ego chalhohus de valchenstain omnibus christi fidelibus imperpetuum. Veritatis amica simplicitas sic acta legittima geri non patitur, ut aliqua interueniente postmodum calumpnia deformentur. Vnde ad noticiam tam presentium quam futurorum cupio peruenire, quod ob reuerentiam dei et beate sue genitricis Ecclesie sancte Marie in Slage et fratribus ibidem deo militantibus omnia predia mea in Strazze, que mihi iure hereditario conpetebant, cum omnibus suis pertinentiis potestatiua manu de consensu heredum meorum libere contuli pleno iure. Verum quia predictam Ecclesiam in multis offendisse grauiter ingemisco, dignum fore dinoscitur, vt matronam eiusdem Ecclesie, que mediatrix est inter deum et hominem, quam sepius exacerbasse grauiter confiteor, veris elemosinis, que sicut aqua ignem peccata extinquere uidentur, placare cum intimis suspiriis uidear, supradicte Ecclesie fratribus orationibus inclinata (sic). Ne autem talis mea donatio per meos heredes aut quemlibet successorum meorum ualeat irritari, presentem litteram sepedicte Ecclesie et fratribus in ea deo seruientibus trado sigilli mei munimine et testium subscriptione roboratam in euidens testimonium et cautelam. Actum in octaua Epyphanie Anno domini M. CC. LXVIIII. Huius rei testes sunt hii: Dominus Hainricus de waldek, Dominus Haidenricus et dominus Rvdigerus de Haichenbach, filius domini Bvdiboy dictus Zewisch, miles ipsius dominus Petrus, dominus Wernhardus miles cognomine rauber, et frater suus Hainricus, Rapoto de pack, Sifridus de Recleinstorf, Wulfingus de Helfenberch, Otto de tenleinsbach, Rapoto Swekinger, Wernhardus mvoter et alii quam plures.
