Ego Sighardus de Lobenstain notum esse gestio vniuersis presentem paginam inspecturis, quod, cum mediante promocione reuerendorum parentum meorum Dominj Vlricj de Lobenstain et vxoris sue Elisabet bonis feodalibus, que ex morte vxoris mee Domine Elizabet de Truohssen excellentissimo Principi domino Hainrico inclito Ducj Bawarie vacare inceperant, ab eodem Domino meo jllustrissimo duce Bawarie infeodatus sim iure et titulo feodali perpetuo possidendis, me sub quodam promissionis federe memoratis meis parentibus vltronea voluntate obligavj, tali conditione videlicet, vt, si absque heredibus per eandem vxorem meam scilicet dictam Elizabet de Truohssen progenitis decedere me contigerit, ex tunc bona eadem culta siue inculta, agri siue Vinee cum omnibus attinencijs, quocunque nomine censeantur, omni iure, quotenus (sic: quo tenui?) in manus patris et matris nec non fratrum meorum libere reuertantur maxime, cum sepedicti parentes mej sepedictis feodis infeodati sint firmiter vna mecum. In cujus rej testimonium, ne nobis in Posterum contingat calumpnia suboriri, presentem ipsis fecj conscribj literam sigillj mej munimine communitam. Datum et actum in otenshaimb Anno Dominj M. CC. LXXIII. in octavo pentecoste.
