    Vniuersis presentem paginam inspecturis Gvndakkarus de Storchinberch et Rvgerus de antshaw frater suus Salutem in perpetuum. Ne, que geruntur in tempore, temporalibus curriculis euanescant, scripturarum ea cautionibus perpetue conuenit memorie conmendari. Hinc est, quod ad vniuersorum tam presencium quam posterorum noticiam volumus deuenire, quod nos libera voluntate de consensu nostrarum coniugum heredumque omnium ortum siue pomerium cum domo adiacente, quod habemus in Minpach, contiguum aree sororum ibidem domino sub habitu fratrum ordinis Predicatorum famulancium, eisdem sororibus pro XL. libris wiennensis Monete vendidimus, ipsum nullo pensionis aut seruitutis onere obligatum, titulo proprietatis in predictarum sororum dominium ac possessionem cum omnibus attinencijs suis libere transferentes. Confitemur autem nos predictas XL. libras pro iam dicto pomerio a dominabus iam dictis nobis persolutas nos plenarie recepisse. Ne uero huiusmodi alienationis contractus in posterum venire valeat in dubium casu quolibet emergente, presens instrumentum sigillorum nostrorum munimine ad rei perpetuam memoriam dignum duximus roborandum. Testes huius rei sunt frater Hainricus de Niwenburch Prior Chremsensis, Frater Meinhardus subprior ibidem, Hertwicus genslo, Meinhardus de Rotenstain, Gozzo Officialis dominj Regis in Anaso et Siboto frater suus, Cunradus dictus swerzingarius, Chunradus Gilauzerius, Wichardus, Perhtoldus pozlerius, Perhtoldus officialis in Minpach et alij quam plures. Acta sunt hec Anno dominj Millesimo CC. LXX. III. Quintodecimo Kalendas Januarij.
