Nos Heinricus Dei gracia Palatinus Comes Reni, Dux Bawarie Notum facimus omnibus presentia inspecturis, quod, cum dilectus nobis Wernhardus Capelanus noster, plebanus de Maurchirchen curiam nobis St. Johannis aput Meticham cum decima, que pertinere seu duci consuevit ad eandem, cum quesitis et inquirendis, cultis et incultis, redditibus, iuribus et obventionibus a fidelibus nostris Chunrado et Rudigero fratribus de Aicham, qui tam curiam quam decimam predictam a nobis possidebant feodali titulo, nostro accedente beneplacito pro quadam summa pecunie comparasset, nos recepta resignacione dicti feodi a predictis fratribus factaque renunciacione totius iuris, quod ipsis competere poterat in feodo memorato, omne ius nostrum, quod nobis in premissis competit vel competere potuit vel debuit, transtulimus plene et libere in predictum Capellanum nostrum, illud sibi presentibus auctorantes ita, quod retinendi, alienandi et maxime in Ecclesiam aliquam transferendi deberet habere liberam facultatem. Qui capellanus noster predictos redditus pleno iure per nostram auctoritatem et ratihabitionem transtulit in Ecclesiam Ranshoven hoc pacto, ut ipse pro tempore vite sue gaudeat redditibus memoratis, dato tamen modico censu, qui suo arbitrio relinquitur, Ecclesie memorate, unde possessionis et prescriptionis titulum nanciscatur. Ut igitur in hiis calumpniosa contentio locum non habeat, sed firma et illibata permaneant, presens instrumentum conscribi fecimus et nostri sigilli robore communiri. Datum in Burchausen Anno Dominice Incarnacionis Millesimo ducentesimo septuagesimo sexto, XIII. Kalendas Augusti.
