Nos Otakarus dei gratia Bohemorum rex, Austrie, Styrie et Karinthie dux, Marchio Morauie, dominus Carniole, Egre ac Portusnaonis dilecto fideli nostro Purchardo Capitaneo Austrie superioris et ceteris ibidem succedentibus nomine capitaneorum gratiam suam cum fauore. Uolumus et districte precipiendo mandamus, quatenus hospitem domus venerabilis Capituli Salzburgensis site apud Linzam Ciuitatem in districtu murorum Engelbertum cognomine scolarem siue alium, qui eandem domum pro tempore inhabitauerit, ab omni steura et vexatione illicita conseruetis ita, quod ab eadem domo et ipsius hospite non amplius exigatur, quam communis ciuium impositio et ordinatio rationabilis duxerit exquirendum.
