Rudolfus dei gratia Romanorum Rex semper augustus vniuersis Imperii Romani fidelibus presentes litteras inspecturis Imperpetuum. Sincere fidei ac commendabilis deuocionis integritas, quibus dilecti fideles nostri Ciues de anaso erga nos et Imperium claruerunt, id meruit et meretur, ut ipsos, qui se nostro dominio adeo prompte adeoque liberaliter submiserunt, condignis pro meritis beneficencie nostre premiis graciose respicere non inmerito debeamus. Quapropter de benignitate Regia hanc ipsis graciam perpetuo duraturam duximus faciendam, quod ubique per totam austriam a cuiuslibet exactione thelonei siue mute tam in terris quam in aquis sint liberi penitus et inmunes, Inhibentes hoc decreto Regio firmiter et districte, ne quis Imperii fidelium ipsos contra huius concessionis et gracie nostre tenorem audeat molestare uel libertatem concessam quomodolibet violare. Quod qui fecerit, grauem nostre Maiestatis offensam se nouerit incursurum. In cuius rei robur et perennem memoriam presens scriptum exinde conscribi et Maiestatis nostre sigillo iussimus conmuniri. Datum in castris apud anasum Idus Octobris, Indictione V. Anno domini M. CC. LXXVI. Regni vero nostri anno Tercio.
