Nos Albertus dei gracia Dux Austrie et Stirie, dominus Carniole, marchie et portus naonis recognoscimus et ad vniuersorum noticiam deferimus profitentes, quod, cum serenissimus dominus et genitor noster karissimus dominus Rudolfus Romanorum Rex Strennuo viro vlrico capellario seniori suo et nostro fideli dilecto propter expertam sue fidei puritatem et Elisabeth vxori sue ac suis heredibus vtriusque sexus procreatis vel procreandis ex ea aut aliis heredibus suis proximis octingenta talenta denariorum Wiennensium promiserit se daturum et idem dominus noster Rex non habens in parato pecuniam, sibi pro eisdem octingentis talentis bona subscripta, videlicet apud sanctum Leonhardum inter Stampfam et Eistam cum decimis et alijs pertinenciis, quecumque fuerint, decimam in Rutenstein, hvbas in Blasenstein, forum in Munspach cum suis pertinenciis, curiam in Winchel, bona sev hvbas in Sewarn et prouinciale judicum in Achlant sub hiis condicionibus liberaliter obligauerit obtinenda cum omni fructu tamdiu, quousque ipsi vlrico, vxori sue et heredibus prenotatis plene data fuerit pecunia memorata, sibi propter sua fidelia obsequia omnia et singula, que ipse et heredes sui prefati de predictis bonis perceperint siue percipient ex liberalitate Regia tribuendo sic, quod illesa consciencia cuncta percepta uel percipienda ante solucionem debiti principalis habere valeant nec computare teneantur in sortem et si quis super premissis ipsum vel heredes suos dictos impeteret, quod contra illum ipse dominus noster Rex vel qui princeps terre esset, ipsos tueri deberet et dampna quelibet resarcire, Nos ipsius vlrici fidelia, que eciam nobis impendit, obsequia benignius innuentes (sic) vniuersa et singula suprascripta cum ratihabicione innouamus, approbamus et in iisdem presentibus consentimus Dantes has nostras litteras sigilli nostri munimine roboratas in testimonium super eo.
