Nos Albertus Dei gratia, Dux Austrie et Styrie, Dominus Carniolie, Marchie et Portus Naonis Vniuersis presentes literas inspecturis uolumus esse notum tenore presentium non minus profitentes, quod nos ad instar serenissimi domini et genitoris nostri karissimi Romanorum regis semper Augusti gratias, libertates et immunitates, si quas strenuus Vir Vlricus de Capella dilectus fidelis noster ex concessione et gratia principum terre habuisse dinoscitur hactenus et hucusque, tales uidelicet, ut omnia uictualia sua tam in aquis quam in terra deducere sine thelonio et muta libere debeat hinc et inde, et quod nullus officalium, iudicum seu preconum in homines et bona ipsius Jurisdictionem et Judicium exerceat aliquale, exceptis tribus articulis, scilicet homicidio, furto et etiam mulierum oppressione uiolenta, qui quidem articuli cum sanguinis importantes debent generali iudicio reseruari, sic tamen, quod rej illorum facinorum non alio amictu quam cincti cingulo generali iudicio presententur, predicto Vlrico concedimus, innouamus et presentis scripti patrocinio approbamus. In cuius rej testimonium presentes literas sigillo nostro mandauimus communiri. Datum Wienne V. Kal. Octobris 1284.
