Ego Gertrudis relicta felicis memorie domini Vlrici de Trvna Scire cupio Vniuersos presentem paginam inspecturos, quod de consensu filiorum meorum Heinrici videlicet et Hartnidi curiam meam in Pesshing sitam Ecclesie sancti Petri in Erlach proprietatis legaui titulo pro nostrarum remedio animarum; vniuersitas vero eiusdem Ecclesie deuocionem meam considerans filiam meam in reconpensationem dicte curie suo coadunauit collegio sibi perpetuo commansuram et ne per successores siue heredes meos sev filiorum meorum Ecclesia memorata super eadem curia calumpniam in posterum patiatur, presentem litteram scribi feci et sigilli mei nec non sigilli domini chvnradi de capella munimine roborari Testibus Annotatisi quii sunt Dominus Vlricus de capella de Altenhoven, Dominus Heinricus de volchenstorf filius domini Ortolfi et dominus waltherus plebanus in Erlach, dominus Otto dictus vronsner, ulfingus de erlach, Heinricus de wuldensdorf, Heinricus, vlricus et chvnradus dicti cesares, Vlricus et filius suus Heinricus de Neinzing, chvnradus cesar de heresing, Meinhardus de chlingelbrvn et plures alij, qui eidem facto interfuerunt, Audierunt pariter et uiderunt. Acta sunt hec Anno domini MCCLXXXV°.
