Nos Heinricus dei gratia Ratisponensis Episcopus tenore pre sentium litterarum constare volumus universis, quod Ecclesia nostra Ratisponensis per gubernationem nostram, quam tenemus indigni, semper proficiat nec deficiat, ad quod pro posse nostro extendimus vires nostras, vias alienationum seu distractionum, que de bonis ipsius Ecclesie nostre possent fieri, semper intercipere, quantum valemus, et succidere cupientes de venerabilis Capituli nostri beneplacito et consensu statuimus et ordinamus perpetuo semper robore observandum, ne nobis aut Successoribus nostris Ratisponensem Sedem regentibus in futurum liceat ullo modo per venditionem, obligationem, infeodationem vel per quemcunque contractus seu alienationis modum castrum nostrum Windekk cum omnibus suis pertinentiis, quocunque nomine nuncupentur, que a dilecto fideli nostro viro strenuo Leutoldo de Chünring nostre Ecclesie comparavimus post mortem ipsius Chünringii eidem nostre Ecclesie absolute et libere vacantia, prout in Instrumentis super hoc confectis plenius coritinetur, a prenotata Ecclesia nostra nunquam aliquo tempore avellere ullo modo, sed quicquid per nos vel Successores nostros adtemptari continget in contrarium in hac parte, illud totum ex nunc decernimus irritum et inane. Volumus etiam et ordinationi includimus supradicte, ut Curia in Semchoven et tres hube in Reut, quas Eysenricus nepos quondam Ortlibi in foro Civis Ratisponensis sive filius ottonis in foro a nostra Ecclesia tenuit titulo feodali post mortem fidelis nostri Friderici dicti Stoufaer, qui easdem tenet eodem titulo, in presenti, remoto quolibet alienandi Contractu similiter debeant aput nostram Ecclesiam annexione perpetua remanere. In cujus rei testimonium presentem litteram Sigiliorum nosiri videlicet et predicti Capituli nostri munimine placuit roborari. Datum et actum Ratispone anno domini 1288. in Kathedra beati Petri.
