    Rudolfus dei gracia Romanorum Rex semper augustus vniuersis jmperij Romani fidelibus, ad quos peruenerit presens scriptum, graciam suam et omne bonum. Cum iam dudum castrum morspach propter varias et iniustas offensas, depredationes et spolia de ipso Castro pro diuersitate temporum violenter illatas transeuntibus in iniuriam et preiudicium sancte pacis per sentenciam condempnatum nobis et imperio rite et racionabiliter sit addictum, nos omne ius in ipso Castro nobis et imperio competens in illustrem albertum ducem austrie et styrie principem et primogenitum nostrum Karissimum integraliter transferentes idem castrum Morspaeh cum omnibus iuribus et pertinenciis suis predicto alberto duci filio nostro et suis heredibus contulimus et conferimus a nobis et sacro Romano imperio feudali titulo possidendum non obstante, si dictum castrum venerabili patri wernhardo ecclesie patauiensis episcopo principi nostro dilecto vel suis predecessoribus, quondam commisimus, cum ex tali commissione, cuiuscumque auctoritatis vel tenoris existat, nullum velimus prefatis alberto duci et suis heredibus impedimentum seu dispendium in possessione castri prehabiti prouenire. In cuius rei testimonium euidens et cautelam presentes exinde conscribi et sigillo nostre maiestatis iussimus communirj. Datum vlme iiij. Kalendas Nouembris anno domini millesimo ducentesimo octogesimo octauo, jndictione secunda, Regni vero nostri anno xvj.
