Nos Lvdwicus Dei Gratia Comes Palatinus Reni, Dux Bawarie notum facimus presentium inspectoribus vniuersis, quod, cum dilectum fidelem nostrum Dietmarum filium quondam fidelis nostri Sighardi de lobenstain investiremus de feudis, quae idem Sighardus pater suus a nobis in feudum tenuerat, que sunt Castrum grunenberch, Curiae quaedam Sitae iuxta fluuium Chremsam, villa Troyssendorf, quaedam vineae in Spitze et quaedam alia bona sita infra et supra Anasum fluuium ad Supplicem suam instantiam Dilectum fidelem nostrum Vlricum ae Capella cum eo inuestiuimus et inuestimus in feudum de omnibus supradictis necnon pertinentijs eorundem per eos et haeredes suos cum suis pertinentijs antedictis quesitis et inquirendis in feudum habendis perpetuo ac tenendis.
