Nos Leopoldus dei gratia Babenbergensis ecclesie prepositus et Electus Tenore presencium notum esse cupimus vniuersis tam presentibus quam futuris, quod, cum inter venerabilem Heinricum abbatem Monasterii in asspach et Ecclesiam suam ex vna parte et Chunradum frankenburgarium fidelem nostrum ex parte altera super bonis in Saelingen litis materia moueretur, in presencia nostra presentibus testibus infra scriptis super eadem lite mediantibus viris discretis ab vtraqne parte libere assumptis talis compositio interuenit videlicet, quod ipse Chunradus frankenburgarius possidere debet dicta bona pacifice et quiete solummodo ad tempora vite sue. Post suum vero obitum nec vxor sua nec heredes sui, si quos procreauerit, nec aliqui posteri sui quicquam iuris vel impeticionis habebunt super bonis eisdem, sed ea ad dictum Abbatem et Ecclesiam suam in asspach absque omni contradictione libere in perpetuum pertinebunt. Et si contra hoc aliquis attemptauerit dictum Abbatem et Ecclesiam suam in bonis eisdem in posterum aliqualiter impedire vel vllatenus molestare, Nos et Officiati nostri in aterse et fridburch tenebimur eadem bona ipsi abbati et Ecclesie sue defendere et fideliter conseruare. Testes vero sunt, qui presentes huic negocio adfuerunt, dilecti confratres nostri Otto de Orlamunde, Otto Swartzburch, Hainricus de Hohenberch, Vlricus de Sluzzelberch Canonici ecclesie nostre Babenbergensis, Chunradus et Chunradus Notarii nostri, Otto Rector Eccelesie in Schalhen, Heinricus de Eglofstein, Fridericus Saxo de Osterhouen milites nostri, Fridericus de alkersdorf, Chunradus Citzman Castrenses nostri in aterse, Gebhardus dictus velpech, Dietericus sagittarius et alii quam plures Clerici et Laici fide digni. In cuius rei testimonium presentes litteras dedimus nostri Sigilli robore conmunitas. Actum et Datum in Aterse anno domini Millesimo Ducentesimo Nonagesimo Sexto Nonis Nouembris.
