Albertus Dej Gratia Patauiensis Episcopus Ad notitiam praesentium et memoriam futurorum. Ea, quae ad cultus diuini augmentum prospiciunt, quae per Christi fidelium deuotionem ad exercenda Deuotionis opera salubrius excitant, sunt benigno fauore prosequenda et gratae ratihabitionis approbatione confirmanda. Laudabilem igitur intentionem discretorum virorum oppidanorum in Braunau nostrae Diocesis, qui ibidem in Ecclesia Parochiali ad laudem et gloriam omnipotentis Dej et pro animarum suarum salute priorem missam singulis diebus, quibus celebrari consueuit, perpetuis temporibus celebrandam ordinauerunt ac redditibus conuenientibus sufficienter dotauerunt, in Domino commendantes ordinationem et dotationem huiusmodj, Quoniam prouide factae sunt, ad humilem eorum supplicationem et instantiam accedente quoque intercessione et bona voluntate Venerabilium in Christo Vlrici Proepositi et Conuentus Monasterij in Ranshouen, ad quos praefata Ecclesia in Braunau spectare dignoscitur, ratam et gratam habentes ex certa scientia confirmamus.
