    Nos Albertus Dei et apostolice sedis gracia episcopus Pataviensis presentibus profitemur, quod anno domini millesimo trecentesimo septuagesimo quarto sabbato quatuor temporum quo canitur Intret, in Mawttorn nostre diocesis sacros clericorum ordines celebrantes Johannem de Schawnberch ad titulum sui patroni in presbiterum juxta formam ecclesie rite ordinavimus harum testimonio literarum, datarum sub secreto nostro anno die et loco prenotato.
