Notum sit tam futuris quam presentibus, quod magister Ludewi- cus de ueteri cripta in pignore posuit pro xiI marcis Constantino et uxori sue Alueradi dimidietatem tercie partis domus et aree, in qua manent, que contigua est domui, que dicitur ad auream ouem, uersus plateam Reni, sicut1) in sua possidebat proprietate, ubicum- que eos in particioue contingit, in festo beati martini proximo uen- turo redimendam. Quam si non redemerit, predicti C. et Alueradis in proprietatem dimidietatis eiusdem tercie partis scribentur.
