Viris Discretis, Judicibus, scabinis ceterisque ciuibus in colonia. Judices, scabini cetenque oppidani Gandenses salutem et omne bo- num. Scire debetis, quod cum grauis discordia iam dudum esset inter ciuitatem atque communitatem coloniensem et nostros oppidanos uen- tilata ac suborta, propter quod predicti oppidani nostri Ciues uestros colonienses ac bona eorum occuparunt et detinuerunt, ipsos tam in rebus quam in personis molestando, quod cum vestri Ciues eorum iniuriam repellendo uolentes eorum dampna euitare personas et res brugenses et de damme ac aliorum oppidanorum ad terram Flandrie et hainonie pertiuentium occasione dicte discordie detinuerunt, dicta uero discordia de consilio discretorum uirorum et ordinatione in perpetuum est sopita et extincta, ita quod occasione dicte discordie inter uos et nos et oppida Comitatuum Flandrie et bainonie nulla questio uel discordia mouebitur seu inperpetuum suscitetur nec ali- quis ciuium coloniensium uel oppidanorum Flandrie seu hainonie occasionem queret malignandi ratione discordie supradicte. In cuius rei testimonium et firmitatem perpetuam presens scriptum sigillo op- pidi nostri est communitum.
Die Stadt Oent bekundet, dass zwischen ihr und der Stadt Koln eine Aussohnung Statt gefunden habe. — 1249, 2. Kovember.
