    Notum sit tam futuris quam presentibus, quod Wilhelmus et ek- kebertus fratres, filii ekkeberti et Agnetis, emerunt sibi erga Liui- num et uxorem suam Agneten quartam decimam partem et dimidie- tatem quarte decime partis domus et aree site proxime domui, que dicitur ad gigantem, uersus portam martis, que quondam fuit Wil- helmi conperin, ante et retro, subtus et superius, prout ibi iacet et sicut predictus Liuinus et uxor sua Agnes dictam hereditatem in sua habebant proprietate, ita quod prefati fratres Wilhelmus et ekkeber- tus unusquisque ipsorum suam partem dicte hereditatis, ubicumque ipsum in partitione attingit, iure et sine contradictione obtinebit.
