Opat Nikolaj in gornjegrajski samostan naznanjata, da je Perlein iz Gornjega Grada za 20 mark graških denaričev kupil dvor v Bočni (Chëphen der cze ze Vössen gelegen ist) in ga podaril gornjegrajskemu samostanu za obhajanje aniverzarija 14 dni po sv. Mihaelu (29. septembra).
