Celjski grof Herman I. potrjuje pod določenimi pogoji nekdanjemu opatu Ulriku in gornjegrajskemu samostanu daritev župnije sv. Jurija v Škalah (sand Joergen in dem Schaelachtal), ki jo je imel v lasti p. Nikolaj Vaist.
