Avstrijski nadvojvoda Karel II. podeli Marku, pl. Pachu, in vsem njegovim dedičem v zakup po kupnem pravu kmetijo "in Kindinger refier" v guštanjskem uradu (ambt Guettenstain) pliberške gospoščine (Pleyburg). Za hasnovanje zemlje se daje pliberški gospoščini, ki jo ima zdaj kot zastavno gospoščino baron David Ungnad (Dauid Vngnad, freyherr), gospod na Ženeku (zu Sonnegg), letno po šestindvajset krajcarjev in štiri denarje. Aussteller: avstrijski nadvojvoda Karel II. Empfänger: Marko, pl. Pach, in vsi njegovi dediči
