Bischof Bernhard von Passau und Herzog Albrecht von Oesterreich bestätigen, dass Otto von Haslau, genannt von »Rotenstain«, gegen Nachlassung einer jährlichen Abgabe von zwölf Metzen Weizen, das Stift vom Urfahrgeld zu Mautern befreit habe.Source Regest:

Nos Wernhardusa dei gratia ecclesie Pataviensis episcopus et Albertus dux Austrie, Stirie, dominus Carniole presencium tenore confitemur, quod,b cum Otto de Haslawc dictus de Rotenstain venerabili preposito et conventui in Sancto Ypolito in duodecim modiis annone‚ sex videlicet tritici et sex siliginis teneretur, ipsi prepositus et conventus predictos duodecim modios nomine precii relaxaverunt memorato Ottoni pro eo, quod ipse de expresso consensu omnium fratrum et heredum suorum talem preposito et conventui Ypolitensi dedit libertatem, ut in passagio suo Mautariid ipsi, homines et iumenta et currus eorum nullam debeant exaccionem solvere sed liberum transitum obtinere, quociens fuerite oportunum et necesse, tali condicione supposita ut, si predictus Otto vel alter heres suus huiusmodi libertatem in posterum voluerint reemere memorati prepositus et conventus assignatis sibi predictis duodecim modiis grani ab ea recedere non recusent, ita ut dicte annone solucio contractus premissi ac literarum presencium dissolucionem inducat. In cuius rei testimonium presentes dedimus literas nostrorum sigillorum munimine roboratas.
