Albertus dei et apostolice sedis gracia episcopus Pataviensis omnibus in. perpetuum salutem et effectus in domino salutares. Justis et devotis venerabilisa in Christo nobis dilecti Vdalrici prepositi monasterii sancti Ypoliti, ordinis sancti Augustini canonicorum regularium, nostre diocesis, peticionibus favorabiliter inclinati, ut ecclesiam filialem in Inning iure filiali subiectam ecclesie matrici in Hyrbn, eiusdem nostre diocesis, in ecclesiam parrochialem, ut desiderat, erigere, quodqueb sepultura ecclesiastica deinceps gaudere et consecrari cum cimiterio eidem annectendo valeat, presentibus indulgemus ac liberam in domino concedimus facultatem, ita tamen quod debite doteturc et condigna per eundem ipsi ecclesie matrici fiat refusio et recompensa, et quod dicte sue ecclesię matrici, prout hactenus consuevit, inantea iure subiaceat filiali, que tamen nostra volumus post sui complementi debitum auctoritate ordinaria latius confirmari; harum testimomo literarum.
