    Markgraf Heinrich beurkundet, quod cum nobilis Meinherus de Vitzenburc aream unam cum suis aedificiis sitam in parochia sancti Thomae Lipzk infra murosl) a nobis iure feodali teneret, sibi a Heinrico dicto de Cleberc qui eaudem aream iure supra memorato tenuerat rusiguatam, dictus nobilis aream saepe dictam nobis liberaliter rosigriavit, und dass er auf Nachsuchen des selben dieses Grundstück mit Genehmhaltung seiner Söhne Albert und Dietrich dem Kloster Alt- selle geeignet habe. Datum Grimmis — sexto Idus Novcmbris.
