    Urbanus episcopus servus servorum dei dilecto filio .. praeposito ecclesiae saneti Thomae in Lipzh Marseburgensis diócesis salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Con questas est nobis venerabilis frater noster . . episcopus Misnensis, quod nobilis vir Henricus de Donin, Theodericus de Raten, Rulicho de Biuerstin et quidam alii laid Wratislaviensis et Pratensis civitatum et diocesum super terris, debitis, possessionibus et rebus aliis ad mensam ipsius episcopi speetantibus iniuriantur eidem. Ideoque discre- tioni tiiae per apostólica scripta mandamus, quatinus partibus convocatis audias causam et appellationc remota debito fine decidas, faciens quod dccrcvcris per censuram eccle- siasticam firmiter observan. Proviso ne in terrain dicti nobilis excommunicationis vel interdicti sententiam proferas, nisi a nobis super hoc mandatum receperis speciale. Testes autem qui fuerint nominati, si se gratia, odio vel timoré subtraxerint, censura simili appellatione cessante compelías veritati testimonium perhibere. Datum Viterbii III. Kal. Decembris pontificatus nostri anno primo.
