Gesta simul et acta principum festinanter irent in ob- liuionem, si non ea scriptis et testimonio euidenter confirmarenlur litlerarum. Ea- propter sciant presentes et noscant futuri in Cristo fideles, quod nos in remedium anime nostre nostrorumque predecessorum in remissionem peccaminum villam nostram, que dicitur Brysin, cum omnibus attinenciis nunc collocatis et prouenien- tibus in futuro, proprietate simul et iure, quo eam possedimus tempore ab antiquo, preposito in Pyritz et virginibus deuotis ibidem domino deo iugiter famulantibus perpetue contulimus quiete possidendam. Preterea volumus et mandamus, vt nullus aduocatorum, bedellorum seu qualiscunque fuerit iudex vel persona prepositum, dominas, villam et homines in ea habitantes inposterum vllo modo inquietare audeat vel presumat. Igitur ne huic nostre donationi aliquid in futuro, quod nociturum est, possit suboriri, hanc litteram super eo damus sigilli nostri munimine diligentius ro- boratam. Testes huius donationis sunt: StBeriCUS et HupOlBUS UrßUß, Heinricus de Murzin, Wernherus de Riden, Bartholdus Kleist, Gotkinus aduocatus, Rodolfus de Zedelin, Hermannus de Melentin, milites, serui vero Johannes de Clint, Johannes de Nouo Foro, Johannes Bruseuiz et alii quam plures in Cristo fideles. Datum Pyritz, anno domini (D°. CC°. LV0., die Sixti, Felicissimi et Agapiti, nonas Augusti.
