Cum Ecclesiam Beati Johannis apostoli et euangeliste jn Walthusen fouere semper uelimus specialj gracia et fauore, promotiones eius intendere cupimus cum effectu. Paupertatem siquidem dicte ecclesie consulentes intuitu diuine remunerationis fratribus inibi deo famulantibus hanc graciam indulgemus, ut prouentus illos, qui Marchvůter vulgariter nuncupantur, in prediis ipsorum ad nos hactenus pertinentes in subsidium prebende sue usibus propriis debeant uendicare. Vt hec ergo, que tenore presentium spondemus, in Robur perpetuum redigamus, presentem cartam super hoc conscribj iussimus, quam et Preposito et conuentuj eiusdem locj in Manifestationem collate gracie sub nostri Sigillj munimine assignamus Testibus eidem donationj presentibus annotatis, Qui sunt Otto et Chunradus Comites de Hardecke, H. pincerna de Habichspach, Chunradus de Hintperch, Otto de Missowe, Albero de Chunringen, Dapifer de Velsperch, Vlricus de habspach, Heinricus de Hakenberch, Wolfkerus de Parowe Teutonicj; Potsco, Houl, Borsso, Zmilo et Chuno fratres, Bohus filius Zerronis, Benis Camerarius curie nostre, Jantzo et hartlibus fratres Milites, Rugerus longus et alij quam plures.
