Utpote a predecessoribus nostris bone memorie Leupoldo et Friderico Ducibus Ecclesia sancti Johannis apostoli et ewangeliste in Walthausen libertate mutoria est gauisa, prout in ipsius priuilegiis plenius dicitur contineri, Sic nos ob amorem dei et ipsorum felicem memoriam mandantes gracie nostre sub obtentu precipimus, quatenus ipsam eodem solacio gaudere permittatis.
