Nos Fridericus miseracione diuina prepositus et conuentus ecclesie sancti Johannis in Walthusen vniuersis tam nunc existentibus quam futuris, ad quorum manus peruenerit presens scriptum, salutem in omnium saluatore. Quoniam, quod in tempore geritur, cum tempore simul a memoria hominum labitur, necessarium est, vt facta presencium per scripta memorie posterorum transmittantur. Hinc est, quod presentes litteras conscribi fecimus, vt per eas notum fiat tam presentibus quam futuris, quod nos cum communi consilio domino vlrico seniorj de capella in concambio dedimus redditus duodecim solidorum, quos habuimus in chvnigeswisen, tali condicione, vt ipse nobis alios redditus duodecim solidorum resignaret, quod volens perducere ad effectum dedit nobis mansum in Ritenstein talentum annuatim soluentem, quem apud Herbordum militem de Hard comparauit ita, vt iam Herbordus dictus infra annum quatuor talenta nobis pro reliquo assignaret, et vt istud concambium inter nos actum ratum in posterum permaneat et illesum, trium sigillorum appensione, hoc est sigillo domini Chunradi abbatis in Povmgartenperg, nostro quoque ac conuentus nostri sigillo presentem paginam fore. decreuimus roborandam. Hvius eciam rei testes sunt dominus chvnradus abbas in Povmgartenperg, dominus Hartmudus de Smida, vlricus filius suus, Heinricus judex in perge, Otto filius suus, Chvnradus gener suus. Acta sunt hec anno dominj M. CC. LXXIX.
