Vlricus dictus de Hause omnibus hanc litteram inspecturis salutem in eo, qui est omnium vera salus. Tenore presentium dilucide protestor, quod accedente assensu uxoris mee et heredum meorum conmutacionem duorum prediorum meorum iuxta Du°npach cum viris venerabilibus Domino Preposita Friderico totoque conuentu fecj forma huiusmodi mediante, quod ipsi duo predia iuxta castrvm Chlamme in Hezzenpench (sic) et in loco, qui dicitur Tilia, ipsorum voto et assensu vnanimj accedente mihi liberaliter contulerunt. In cuius rei testimonium presentem paginam super hoc conscribj et sigilli mei iussi munimine roborarj. Datum in Walthusen Anno Dominj M°.CC°.LXXXV°.
