Nos frater Otto dictus abbas in Cella Principis profitemur publice in his scriptis, quod anno domini M.CCC.XIIII in die sancti Gregorii papae de bona permissione et beneplacito reverendi in Cristo patris domini Chunradi abbatis de Alderspach domus nostre visitatoris ac benigno consensu et unanimi conventus nostri duas curias nostras videlicet Puech in ista parte Danubii sitam et Awe in alia parte Danubii juxta Veldkirchen vendidimus cum ommbus juribus suis et pertinentiis suis pro LXXV libris pataviensibus et XXX libris viennensibus venerabili in Christo patri domino Christiano et conventui suo in Cella angelorum ab ipsis et eorum successoribus perpetuo possidendas et eandem summam pecunie fatemur integre percepisse obligantes nos et ecclesiam nostram ad defendendas predictas curias per annos menses et dies secundum jus terrae et consuetudines approbatas contra quoslibet impetentes sive (sine) quolibet dispendio predicte ecclesie in Cella angellorum. In cujus rei testimonium ipsis presentes dedimus literas predicti domini abbatis de Alderspach sigillo et nostro legaliter communitas.
