    In nomine domini amen. Cunctis Christi fidelibus innotescat, quod nos Leupoldus dei gracia prepositus totusque conventus Hegelwerdensis ecclesie per servitores nostros Ottonem scilicet curie nostre magistrum in Chrems et Perchtoldum dictum Chöpfilman vendidimus ecclesie in Engelhartscell quosdam agros inter aliquas predicte ecclesie possessionis sitos pro sex libris denariorum viennensium, quos emptione vinee quodamodo necessario impendentes in usus redigimus nostre ecclesie meliores. Et ut supradicte Engelhartcellensi ecclesie super nostra huiusmodi vendicione nostro unanimi consilio et consensu facta cautio debita tribuatur, nos presentes in testimonium sigillorum nostrorum munimine roboramus. Datum in Hegelwerde anno domini M.CCC.XVI. IV. nonas Septembris.
