Nos Ortolfus de Muring miseracione divina ecclesie Pataviensis canonicus nec non decanus Chremsensis presentibus confitemur, quod cum nos venerabilibus in Christo fratribus domino Wisentoni abbati totique conventui in Cella angelorum super domo nostra Patavie sita in strata cultellatorum (quam tunc Perchtoldus Pognarius inhabitabat) octo talentorum denariorum redditus donassemus pro anime nostre et progenitorum nostrorum remedio et salute. Et nos eosdem tandem largiori in presenti gracia et favore ipsis duodecim talentorum redditus, quos apud venerabilem dominum abbatem et conventum in Cella prineipis habuimus iure precario ad tempora vitae nostrae pro eorum usibus resignavimus absolute — quod iidem predictorum octo talentorum redditus, quos in domo prenominata habuerunt, libere resignarunt et eis abrenunciaverunt omnimodis sicut instrumenta eorum super eisdem edita continent evidenter et re (ne?) ipsi (sic) imo abbas et conventus de Cella principis per nos super prenotatis 12 talentorum redditibus iuris precarii damnificentur aut aliqualiter impugnentur presentes dedimus literas sigilli nostri munimine roboratas in testimonium et cautelam, Datum Patavie anno domini M.CCCXVII. in annunciacione sancte Marie virginis gloriose.
