Notum (sit) universis presentes literas inspecturis. Ego Bartholomäus prespiter in Chrems ac capellarius in Lengenveld profiteor Cunradum dictum Oler civem Chremsensem affinem meum et me vineam nostram sitam in Wartperch reverendis in Christo patribus domino abbati et conventui in Cella angelorum bona deliberatione et maturo consilio ob animarum nostrarum et progenitoruin nostrorum remedio donasse et libere resignasse per manum reverendi in Christo patris domini Ortolfi venerabilis ecclesie Chremsensis decani, eo quod ejusdem vinee perchmaister existit et de ea in signum iurisdicionis in festo sancti Michahelis nomine iuris civilis percipit duos denarios annuatitn. In cujus rei testimonium presentes dedi literas predicti domini decani et mei sigillorum appensione roboratas testibusque, qui huic donacioni aderant, subnotatis, quorum hec sunt nomina: Dominus Rugerus, dominus Albertus, dominus Augustinus, dorninus Witigo sacerdotes chori Chremensis, Bartholomeus in foro, Dominicus, Eberhardus institutores, Wolfhardus institutor, Chunradus Chuelnpein, Zydlinus Chotaner, Fridlinus . . . . . Fridlo in dem purchof et alii quam plures fide digni. Actum et datum in Chrems anno domini millesimo trecentesimo vicesimo primo in crastino sancti Egidii confessoris.
