Heinrich, Abt von Admont, beurkundet den öffentlich geäußerten Wunsch des Dietlin von Aiglarn, dass dessen Hof in Aiglarn nach seinem Tode frei an Garsten zurückzufallen habe.

    Nos Hainricus dei gracia Admontensis abbas, Scriba Stirie ad vniuersorum has litteras intuentium noticiam cupimus peruenire, quod constitutus in nostra presencia Dietlinus de Aiglarn, vbi eciam amicus noster dilectus dominus vlricus venerabilis abbas Gerstensis et plures alii aderant fide digni, animo voluntario ductus sana consciencia coram nobis publice est confessus, quod post obitum suum tam vxori sue et filiis eorum vtriusque sexus quam suis heredibus vniuersis in Curia in aiglarn et feodo ipsi Curie pertinente, quam et quod collatam et collatum sibi ab Ecclesie Gerstensi idem Dietlinus pro tempore vite sue tantum se possessurum publice recognouit, nullum ius competat vel occasione possit competere aliquali, sed ipso Dietlino mortuo ad usus dicte Ecclesie gerstensis dicta Curia cum fevdo prelibato libere et absolute cedere debeat et redire. In cuius rei testimonium Sigillum nostrum appendimus huic carte. Testes quoque sunt domini Ekkardus nobilis de Tann Junior, Ditmarus Schachner, Milites, Vlricus ellinpoger, Ditricus pincerna de Dobra, vlricus de Waidhonen et Rudolfus de Enstal. Datum anno domini M.CC. Nonagesimo septimo, XVI. kalendas aprilis in domo nostra Agmvnde.
