Capitulum Jaurinensis ecclesie vniuersis christi fidelibus presentes litteras inspecturis salutem in salutis largitore. Ad vniuersorum noticiam harum serie uolumus peruenire, quod, cum nos ad instantem peticionem comitis Symonis Castellani de Owar et vicecomitis Musuniensis per litteras suas nobis factam Discretam uirum magistrum Nicolaum Cantorem ecclesie nostre, socium et concanonicum nostrum karissimum, pro testimonio ad eumdem duxissemus transmittendum, coram quo ipse comes Symon et Johannes filius Valentini, homo Excellentissimi domini nostri Karoli dei gracia illustris Regis Hungarie, reambularent quandam possessionem Curie Monacorum seu Grangie siue noui predii Chechunuelg uocatam et assignarent ac statuerent dicte Curie reambulatam per ueteres metas et antiquas perpetuo possidendam, demum dictus magister Nicolaus cantor ad nos reuersus nobis retulit, quod dicti comes Symon et Johannes filius Valentini, homo memorati domini nostri Regis, accedendo ad faciem prefate possessionis Chechunuelg nuncupate et coram uicinis et cometaneis ac nobilibus iobagionibus castri Musuniensis, nec non quam pluribus nobilibus et aliis libere condicionis hominibus de circumiacentibus villis similiter inibi uocatis de prouincia Musuniensi, antedictam possessionem reambulassent et assignassent ac statuissent dicte Curie Monacorum seu Grangie iure perpetuo et irreuocabiliter possidendam, nullo penitus contradictore existente per ueteres metas et antiquas, quibus dicta possessio distingi dinoscitur ab antiquo. Cursus uero metarum prescripte possessionis tales sunt, quod prima meta incipit ab Oriente a possessione, que dicitur Thurdamez, et protenditur ad aquilonem uersus villam Zaraan‚ et inde tendit ad occidentem uersus possessionem Galus, et postmodum reflectitur ad plagam meridionalem uersus Curiam Monacorum iam dictorum, que nouum predium nuncupatur, et sic mete terminantur possessionis antedicte. In cuius rei memoriam et perpetuam firmitatem presentes concessimus litteras sigilli nostri autentici munimine roboratas. Datum feria secunda proxima post octauas Inuencionis sancte Crucis, Anno domini M°. CCC°. vicesimo quarto, Magistris Mathya Lectore, Nicolao Cantore, et Michaele custode ecclesie nostre existentibus.
