Capitulum Jauriensis ecclesie vniuersis christifidelibus presentes litteras inspecturis salutem in domino sempiternam. Ad vniuersorum noticiam harum serie uolumus pervenire, quod, cum nos ad instantem petitionem comitis Symonis castellani de Owar, nec non vicecomitis Musuniensis per litteras suas nobis factam, discretum virum magistrum Nicolaum Cantorem ecclesie nostre, socium et concanonicum nostrum karissimum, coram quo ipse comes Symon et Johannes filius Valentini, homo Excellentissimi Domini nostri Karoli, dei gracia illustris Regis Hungarie, reambularent quandam possessionem Curie Monachorum seu Grangie, quod nouum predium nuncupatur, Thunafolua vocatam et assignarent dicte Curie ac statuerent perpetuo possidendam reambulatam per ueteres metas et antiquas, pro testimonio duxissemus dirigendum, demum dictus magister Nicolaus Cantor ad nos reuersus nobis retulit, quod dictus Comes Symon et idem Johannes filius Valentini, homo memorati domini nostri Regis, accedendo ad faciem prefate possessionis Thunafolua nuncupate, conuocatis vicinis et cometaneis ac nobilibus Castri, nec non quampluribus nobilibus et hominibus aliis libere condicionis de circumiacentibus villis similiter inibi uocatis de prouincia Musuniensi, coram ipso antedictam possessionem reambulassent et assignassent ac statuissent dicte Curie Monachorum perpetuo possidendam, nullo penitus contradictore existente. Cursus autem metarum possessionis sepedicte tales sunt, pro primo omnium incipit meta iuxta possessionem Zenmaria uocatam a meridie et protenditur ad possessionem Belyud ab occidente, et inde uadit ad quandam possessionem Galus uocatam ab aquilone et inde reflectitur ad plagam orientalem uersus Curiam dictorum Monachorum et sic mete terminantur possessionis antedicte. In cuius rei memoriam et perpetuam firmitatem presentes concessimus litteras sigilli nostri autentici munimine roboratas. Datum feria secunda proxima post octauas Inuencionis sancte Crucis, anno domini. M°. CCC°. vicesimo quarto. Magistris Mathya lectore, Nicolao Cantore et Michaele custode ecclesie nostre existentibus.
